Looking for a hotel in NYC? You’re in the right place! I’m going to review some of the hotels I’ve stayed in over the years, including some I wish I’ve stayed in. 😁 There are so many great hotels in the city, but these are the ones that stand out to me, and I think are some of the best. I’ll start with the lower price point hotel options, then towards the bottom of the list, I’ll put some of the luxury hotel options. Looking at hotels in NYC can be very overwhelming, so here’s a good starting point! 🗽

1. The Standard, High Line
- Location: Chelsea
- Description: Fun location with a biergarten on the bottom floor and a rooftop bar on the top floor called Le Bain. The high line is also right there which is a nice walking path.

2. Marriott Residence Inn Midtown East
- Location: Midtown East
- Description: Great location if you want to go to a Broadway show.

3. Marriott Essex House
- Location: Central Park South
- Description: Right across the street from Central Park.

4. Hotel Elysee
- Location: Midtown East
- Description: Right on Park Ave so great shopping, also close to Broadway and Central Park.

5. Soho Grand
- *My personal favorite!
- Location: SoHo
- Description: Close to SoHo and the West Village which are nice neighborhoods to walk around. Also has a cool bar in the lobby.

6. The Bowery Hotel
- Location: East Village
- Description: Luxury vibes with a cool lobby.
- Make reservations here
7. The Plaza
- Location: Central Park South
- Description: Right across the street from Central Park, and probably one of the most iconic and expensive hotels in the city.

8. The Carlyle
- Location: Upper East Side
- Description: Also right across the street from Central Park, and also probably one of the most iconic and expensive hotels in the city.
